Hollywood actor Will Smith plays a Nigerian-American doctor in upcoming film titled Concussion.
Concussion is based on the real-life story of Nigerian-American doctor Bennet Ifekandu Omalu, who first discovered chronic traumatic encephalopathy (or CTE) after he conducted autopsy on former NFL(National Football League) player Mike Webster.
It also depicts Omalu’s struggle to get NFL executives to recognize this disease.
The film is set to be released on December 25, 2015. It's aim is to draw attention to the link between the football head injuries  which is still a bone of contention within the NFL.
