One of the face of Mavin Records 2.0 - Korede Bello - have dispelled any rumors of him leaving the label anytime soon.
With rumors swirling of him about to loose his contract with the label for his lack of album so far, alongside his label-mate, Di'Ja, with Reekado Banks turning up with album earlier this month titled "Spotlight", the singer who recently released single "Do Like That" have pop-up to rubbish the rumor.
In his recent interview with TheNet, the "God Win" singer have revealed that he will be extending his deal with the Supreme Mavin Dynasty prior to the expiration of the current deal.
"Of course I will renew, Mavin is like a family to me."
He went on to address that his contract with Mavin Records is not based on Album.
"If you’re going by that, it’s not just a year deal, it’s album deals. That’s to tell you that what we’re operating on is not just what people think it is. That I haven’t released an album in three years doesn’t mean that I’ll leave."
He went on to affirms that his debut album will be released under Mavin Records as the producers for the album will be the Label in-house producers - Babyfresh & Altims - as well Record Boss - Don Jazzy.
"I’m definitely still under Mavin Records. A lot of songs on my album will be produced by Don Jazzy, Altims, Baby Fresh. So it’s a Mavin Records’ project."
You might recall that the singer signed to the label, alongside his label-mates - Di'Ja and Reekado Banks - on February 2014 for a 3-year contract.
Anticipate for the debut album which is yet to be unveiled... Possibly more details on the album will pop up before this year wrap up, as the Label focus on promoting Reeky's recently released debut album "Spotlight".
