The blogger has been directed to remove a post published about the Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele.
Funke’s lawyers who also demand a retraction of the alleged false story within 24hrs of receiving their mail.
A post by Linda on Sunday, January 24 titled: ‘Did Funke Akindele shade Toyin Aimakhu’ had allegedly ascribed an unrelated picture posted by Funke as a mockery of the rumoured collapse marriage of fellow actress, Toyin Aimakhu.
The story led several people into directing t harsh comments and judgment on social media to Funke Akindele.
According to Funke’s legal counsel, Linda Ikeji went too far in the post described as ‘malicious, tantamount to digging up controversy about the actress, and designed to create tension and unhealthy rivalry between two actresses.’
