Job Description
Develop sales strategies, build and maintain the organization brand.
Run a regular social promotions campaign and track success.
Market the hotel facilities and services to increase occupancy rate.
Target the marketing program at individual guests at corporate customers who require regular meeting facilities or accommodation for large numbers of people or visiting customers.
Share the results of customer satisfaction and surveys and customer reviews with customer service team to enhance standard of customer care.
