Jose Mourinho's Manchester United team started their new season in good shape, having won the FA Community Shield against the last season EPL Champions, Leicester City, week before, the rejuvenated United team ride to a comfortable victory against their last season nightmare, Bournemouth on away soil.
The match which kicked off yesterday at about 13:30 (WAT) at the Dean Court stadium saw two changes from the Manchester united players that started the game against Leicester City a week before. Juan Mata replaced injured Jesse Lingard while Ander Herrera replaced Michael Carrick.
With two of United new signings in Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Eric Bailly having their first match in Premier League, both did performed excellently well with the latter winning the Man Of The Match (MOTM).
Juan Mata gave United the lead in the 40th minutes of the match after a defensive error on the side of the home team, Bournemouth.
United doubled the lead in the second half through their No. 10, Wayne Rooney. A nice cross from Valencia was meet by Martial who fired wrongly towards goal but fortunate to be a perfect pass to Rooney who headed the ball into the opponent net.
Zlatan scored Manchester United third goal with a sublime shot from outside the 18-yard box. The Swedish man utilized Martial wonderful movement to create something exceptional, a brilliant goal.
The match seems to have been back to life when the home team pulled one back through a thunderous shot from Smith in the 68th minutes of the match. Too Bad, that is all they could do and Jose Mourinho side enjoyed a victory that took them to the top of the league table.
