Nigerian-American actor, Adepero Oduye joins cast of Oren Moverman’s ‘The Dinner’ adaptation

Nigerian-American actress, Adepero Oduye has reportedly joined the cast of Oren Moverman’s adaptation of author Heman Koch’s 2009 novel, ‘The Dinner.’

The Dinner tells a story narrated by Paul Lohman, a former history teacher. He and his wife Claire meet at a fancy restaurant in Amsterdam with his elder brother Serge, a politician and his wife Babette. They plan to discuss over dinner how to handle a crime committed by their teenage sons, Michel and Rick, respectively.

According to Indiewire, The Dinner will be produced by Cotty Chubb while Eva Maria Daniels and Olga Segura will be the executive producers of the film.

Adepero Oduye is a Nigerian actress born in Brooklyn, New York. She is a graduate of Cornell University.
