As preparations and the countdown to the 2016 edition of the African Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards get in top gear, the hosts for the event have been unveiled.
For the fourth consecutive time, popular media personality, IK Osakioduwa will be returning as host and he will be joined by South African TV presenter and actress, Minenhle ‘Minnie’ Dlamini.
In a statement by Wangi Mba-Uzoukwu, who is the Director, M-Net West Africa, Minnie will be joining a list of other celebs who have hosted the events in the past.
‘We are excited to present Minnie as the co-host of the 2016 edition of the AMVCAs. She joins an elite group of people who have hosted the most prestigious celebration of film and television talent in Africa. Minnie brings to the stage excitement, fun, intensity and wit; her pairing with IK guarantees a great show and there’s no doubt that our viewers are in for a great time’.
