DMX performed on February 11 at Lively Nightclub in New York, two days after being released from the hospital for an asthma attack.
The Daily News says that DMX performed an hour-long set for an event as part of New York Fashion Week. The publication cites various social media posts to say that he appeared in good health.
The rapper was hospitalized Monday, February 8 after he complained of chest pain and said he had a hard time breathing.
He collapsed on the floor and after his friends called 911, police found him without a pulse. They revived him by performing CPR and giving him oxygen.
It was reported that DMX possibly ingested a substance prior to his collapse, but nothing illegal was found at the scene.
The accident is being attributed to an asthma attack. DMX was released from the hospital Tuesday February 9.
