including myself don’t believe D’Banj is owing a large sum of money but it is time to believe as court proceedings has found it way into the internet.
We earlier reported D’Banj can’t even pay his staff salaries anymore. NET was at D’Banj’s Lekki home at Osaro Isokpan Street in Lekki Phase 1 were they found court summons pasted in front of the hit maker’s house.
The suit number is LD/ADR/445/14 with hearing expected on January 26th 2015, but might be postponed as Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) are currently on an indefinite strike.
