X3M Music sensational female singer, Simi is back to the headline as she revealed in her recent interview that she might not be releasing an album this year.
The singer who have captured our love through her wonderful piece of songs, covers as well as features from other artist, paid a visit to Punch News where she revealed that she won't be pulling up a project as regard album this year but will be dropping a joint body of work, an Extended Play (EP) with Falz (the Bahd Guy).
In her word; "I am working towards releasing my album and hopefully, we would release it soon. I was hoping to release it this year but I don’t really know if it is still feasible. I don’t know if I would have the mental energy to mix and master the album. Because I am a perfectionist, I don’t know if anyone would want to do it because I would be contributing at every step of the production.
However, before my album is out, I would release an EP with Falz and it would definitely come out this year."
Arguably, Simi and Falz combination will yield nothing but good music in a good project. Both star recent contribution in "Soldier" received positive recommendation and I bet their joint project will yield similar or even better result.
In the other news, words have it that both act are into relationship. Though, he was not the only one mentioned to have something in common with the songstress, with the likes of Adekunle Gold and Ycee identified, this possible joint EP would cement the rumor that both (Falz & Simi) are into relationship.
Anyway, let go for the reality which is the joint EP and hope the rumor regarding the relationship unravels with time.
