Senior Project Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation of company HSE and Security policies to ensure safe work environment.
- Construction coordination and supervision.
- Provision of Technical Support.
- Operational Excellence.
- Team Role - Ensure seamless interfaces with own staff and sub contractor staff in the planning and execution of all construction activities.
- Project Management - control the time, cost and quality of construction projects.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
Key Competencies Required
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge and Skills:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- COREN/NSE registered.
- Minimum of 25 years & above post qualification cognate experience in civil/structural and construction engineering for AGM, 20yrs & above for Snr. Projects Managers & Project Managers
- Broad construction experience specifically in roads, bridges and building construction.
- Project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
- Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment, team player who can seamlessly work effectively with other personnel
- Proficient in the use of various desktop applications
- Aptitude to details and accuracy
- Analytical, innovative and able to function effectively und pressure.
